Our Home Watch program provides thorough visual inspections of your home, helping to identify any obvious issues, such as leaks or damage that could potentially cost you thousands or even millions. 

Regular inspections can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to ensure your property remains safe and well-maintained.

Home Watch Services Include:

• In-person inspections with detailed status reports and photos

• Checks for water leaks, secure doors and windows, and electrical systems

• Monitoring refrigerator/freezer temperatures and air filters

• Adjusting climate controls and overseeing HVAC/heating operations and humidity levels

• Retrieving mail and packages, and clearing any front porch debris

• Overseeing property maintenance contractors as needed

Additional A La Carte Services:

• Coordinating pre- and post-storm preparations and inspections

• Holiday and special event decorating

• Basic handyman services (changing light bulbs, air filters, etc.)

• Key Holder Service (with owner’s permission, allowing contractors and vendors access to your home)

• Access to all other Beach Moms’ Concierge Services

While we don’t provide certain services, we can coordinate them with trusted vendors, including:

• Housekeeping or cleaning services

• Handyman or repair services

• Lawn, garden, or pool care
