A Home Watch program is a visual inspection of your home away from home, looking for obvious issues. These inspections are performed weekly, bi-weekly or every other week.

Home Watch Services include:

• In-person inspections that result in full status report, with pictures
• Thoroughly checking for water leaks, that doors and windows are secured, electricity, refrigerator/freezer temperatures and air filters
• Adjusting climate controls and monitoring HVAC/Heating operations as well as humidity levels
• Retrieving mail and packages, clearing flyers, leaflets and other front porch debris
• Monitoring property maintenance contractors, as needed

Other a la carte services:

• Coordinating pre- and post-storm  preparations and inspections
• Decorating for holidays and special events
• Basic handyman services (changing light bulbs, air filters, etc)
• Key Holder Service (with owners permission, allowing contractors and other vendors access to home)
• All other Beach Moms' Concierge Services

While we do not offer the following services, we can coordinate them with trusted vendors:

• Housekeeping or cleaning services
• Handyman or repair services
• Lawn, garden or pool care
