The Beach Moms' Advice (FAQS)


  • What are your business hours?

    Our operating hours are Monday - Saturday, 8am - 6pm. Grocery deliveries are available seven days a week.


    All inquiries (email or voice mail) will be responded to within 24-hours of receipt. If you do not receive a response in that time frame, please email us at info@thebeachmoms.net


  • What services do you offer?

    The easy answer is we offer everything except childcare, pet services and alcohol purchasing/delivery.


    The longer answer is if you can dream it we can make it happen! Our offerings range from  grocery/non-alcoholic beverage shopping and delivery prior to your arrival,restaurant reservations/priority wait list, private chef offerings, transportation reservations, various excursions  and planning family photoshoots and reserving your beach chair/umbrella rentals.


    Want something special? Perhaps a romantic evening with a catered dinner with a dozen roses? Maybe you would like to host your family reunion or other large event with private catering? 


    Let us know what unique things you might like to do and we'll put together a special package price for you.




  • Where are you offering services?

    We are currently offering services in Ft Morgan, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, AL and Perdido Key, Florida


     For our Ono Island guests, please contact us directly for more information as we are currently working on the best plan for island access.



  • How will you obtain access to my rental unit?

    We ask that you supply contact information for your owner/rental agency. If you are renting through AirBNB or VRBO, you will find the host information on your rental confirmatin email. 


    We will then contact the management company prior to delivery to inquire about gaining access into your rental unit.

  • How large of a group can you accommodate?

    We can work with a group of any size however advanced planning is vital. For a group larger than 20 people, we request a minimum of 30-days  to ensure a successful vacation.

  • When must I submit my grocery and beverage order forms?

    While we would prefer as much advanced notice as possible, grocery and non-alcoholic beverage orders must be submitted to your Beach Mom no later than five days prior to arrival.


    This will help to ensure that your Beach Mom has a full understanding of your shopping list.


    For last minute orders, please contact us at 251-979-8400 to inquire about availability.


    If you wish to order specialty items, please submit your order as soon as you can. Some items may take up to two weeks for our vendors to obtain.



  • Can I specify certain brands, organic preferences or other dietary restrictions?

    The Beach Moms are big supporters of local business and we've partnered with Rouses, a Gulf Coast community grocery store chain, for all of your grocery needs. 


    We will do our best to obtain your specified brand and organic items but cannot guarantee their availability.


    The earlier you place your order the more likely we can source your requests.


    If you have special dietary needs, let us know and we'll do our best to accomodate.

  • When will my groceries and non-alcoholic beverages be delivered to my vacation rental?

     While we will strive to have your groceries delivered and put away prior to your arrival,  there are many factors, such as scheduling, housekeeping, access to your home/condo, weather and traffic that may prevent this from occurring. 


    It is our goal, however, to deliver your order before you arrive. Your Beach Mom will communicate with you if there are delivery delays.



  • Do you offer childcare services?

    We have partnered with a licensed and bonded childcare provider who will assist you with your childcare needs.

  • Do you offer dog walking services/pet care?

  • Do you plan bachelor/bachelorette parties, family reunions, weddings, golf trips, girl trips?

    You mean you want to have fun? Guys trips, girls trips, family reunions, picnics on the beach, weddings of all sizes - we will help you plan every aspect of your event or fun trip to our slice of paradise.


    We have special bachelor and bachelorette packages to take away the stress of having to coordinate with your group.

  • What are your payment options?

    We will accept all major credit cards. Please note that a processing fee of 3.5% may apply. 


    We're sorry but we do not accept cash, checks, Paypal or Venmo.


     Our payment processing service is PCI-Compliant.

  • When do I need to pay for my Beach Moms Package?

    Your Beach Moms package will need to be paid at time your order is placed.  


    Any package rates listed by The Beach Moms are for services rendered directly by The Beach Moms, LLC and do not include charges for third party vendors, or merchandise purchased on your behalf to complete the request.  


    Please note: once a package is purchased there will be no refunds for services not utilized within purchased package.

  • How do I pay for our reservations and other excursions that The Beach Moms plan for my group?

    Upon placing order, you willl provide a credit card, and authorization to use that credit card, that The Beach Moms will keep securily on file. 


    The Beach Moms will purchase requested services with your credit card, either over the Internet or on the phone, with third party partners. A receipt for all purchases will be provided to you via email and again upon arrival to your condo.


    The Beach Moms will not purchase any item on your behalf from a third-party partner without prior authorization.


    We must have a credit card on file that has a spending limit to cover all of your expenses purchased through The Beach Moms.


    A 3.5% credit card fee will apply for any purchases made on your behalf when Beach Moms need to use their own credit card.

  • Do you have holiday rates or specials?

    We  have special packages during the holiday season

  • What happens if I need to cancel my order?

    We understand that things happen and  we will work with you to reschedule. 


    The Beach Moms' package fee is non-refundable within 21 days of arrival date.

  • What if I only need help booking restaurant reservations or an excursion?

    We have ala carte pricing depending on the size of your group and what you wish for us to arrange on your behalf.

I’m a local business, how do I become a partner of The Beach Moms?

We are adding local partners on a regular basis. Please email us at info@thebeachmoms.net with your available services, social media information, rates and contact information. We will reach out once we receive this information.


What commission percentage do you expect from local partners?

We do not publicly discuss our commission structure. Please email us at info@thebeachmoms.net with your available services, social media information, rates and contact information for evaluation. If selected as a Beach Moms’ partner, we can then discuss commission more in-depth.

What are your hiring requirements?

Must be 21 years old, have a clean driving record, a valid driver’s license and full coverage insurance on your vehicle.
